Writers in grades 3-12 are invited to join us each month for creative writing prompts and exercises to improve your skills and have fun with writing.

Tuesday Night Movies at Rensselaer

This program is held at 5:30 p.m. -- usually on the second Tuesday every month. (In October it will be shown on the second Wednesday because of the Fall Festival).  A variety of movies, newly released to DVD, are shown.  Popcorn and beverages are served. This program is open to teens through adults.

Homeschool Happenings

Ages 5-15

Home-schooled students in the area are invited for a variety of learning activites, games and stories. Learn something new and interesting in a fun way. This program will be held the third Tuesday of the month from 10-11 am. Program meets February through May and September through November.

Annual Christmas Tree Walk

Dec 5, (November 28-December 19 during library hours of operation )

From November 28-December 19 patrons are encouraged to come and vote (canned/boxed food item) for your favorite tree, which will be decorated by area organizations. Donated items will be delivered to our local Food Pantry in time for the Christmas holidays. Vote early and vote often!

Christmas Fun Family Day

Join us for a hour of Christmas fun for the entire family! We will have stories, games, snacks and crafts for families to enjoy- all with a Christmas theme.  A Christmas photo booth will be set up for a family photo opportunity. Registration for all family members is required to attend.
