Rensselaer Summer Reading

Children age toddler through grade 5 won’t want to miss the fun at the Rensselaer Library, where this year’s Summer Reading program theme is “Fizz, Boom, Read!”

Beginning  June 2, children may sign up to participate in Fizz, Boom, Read and attend fun programs each Wednesday at 10 am, while reading books throughout the program that will earn them the chance to win prizes.

The kickoff for Fizz, Boom, Read will be held on Wednesday, June 11 @ 3 pm, and includes fun activities and ice cream! If you haven’t had the chance to sign up for this year’s Summer Reading Program, this is a great chance to do so!

Registration is required to take part in summer reading, and to attend individual programs. Registration is available online at www.myjcpl.org/events or by visiting or calling the Rensselaer Library at 866-5881.
