TRANSIENTS- All Transients should be sent to the Jasper County Sheriff where they will (following a police check) be offered food, gasoline, or housing for one night provided by our Salvation Army Fund.

RESIDENTS- There are several agencies in Rensselaer that may be of help. However, their funding is limited.
Your Township Trustee: May be able to assist with rent, utilities and telephone bills.
