Lapsit Storytime

Age 1

Enjoy 30 minutes of reading, songs, fingerplays, and socialization with other 1 year old children and their caregivers. Each half hour long session of Lapsit Story Time consists of a variety of activities, such as music, stories, toys to play with and other fun movements.

Toddler Time

Ages 2-3

Reading to toddlers enhances their love of books and the magical characters that come alive for them, page after page.

Acquaint your 2 to 3-year-olds with the library and the love of reading by bringing them to Toddler Time. This special program consists of stories, songs, crafts and other fun activities for this age group.

Library Kids

Ages 3-5

Preschoolers are invited to become a “Library Kid” as we share stories, songs, crafts, finger plays and other age appropriate activities during a three week session of Story Time for ages 3-5 Registration is required.

Story Time

Ages 3-5

Bring your youngsters in touch with the love of reading by coming to Story Time for 3-5 Year Olds at the Wheatfield Library. Story Time is a wonderful opportunity for your youngsters to become acquainted with the library.

Each half hour long session of Story Time consists of stories, crafts, and other age appropriate activities.

Third Thursday Club

Grades 1-4

Open to grades 1-4, this monthly educational program includes reading plus fun food and craft activities relating to the title. Registration is required and space is limited.
